The best bull we have bred at Llandillo. Soldier S042 was Champion of Champions at Canberra Royal 2023 before selling for $17,000 to Kyan Poll Herefords. A Pacemaker son out of our Corrisande P19 — structurally correct, soft and functional. His daughters are now on the ground and proving exactly what we expected.
The cornerstone of today's Llandillo herd. A Techno son out of one of the best cows at Grathlyn — Pacemaker has bred us great feet, cleaned up udders and teat size, and produced most of our success in the show and sale ring. Still a walking sire here, his daughters are now producing Royal champions for our clients.
Our current lead walking bull, bringing Hunter Lakes Lancelot L103 into the Llandillo program. We bought Ooerator after seeing consistently good cattle with Lancelot in the pedigree. His combination with our Pacemaker daughters has been a standout — a cross we'll be doing a lot more of.
A Redford son out of the high-selling Kymarney cow Regal Q002 — we love the hip setup and angulation in Thumper. His calves are now at joining age here and finding themselves at the top of the drafts in both the bull and female mobs. Owned in partnership with JTR Poll Herefords.
